No free upgrade from WB4 to WB5 with OD subscription?

What did I pay for?

Hi.  I purchased an OD subscription last October which I believed gave me all the OD stuff free for the year.  I downloaded WB5 thru Stardock Central and it only gave me the trial version and said I need to purchase the full one.
Have I misunderstood what my subscription entitles me to, or am I facing some other issue?

yeah, if your ODNT subscription is active, you can download the full version of WB5. the last update was 2/10/06.

First, start Stardock Central > use the "Tools \ Register Products" > enter your Object Desktop serial number (if not already entered for you) > click the "Update" button. This will allow you to download the full version of WB5 if, as Snidley indicated, you are current.

Note - make sure that the "Work Offline" under the File menu is not selected, otherwise you won't see anything but installed full versions and shareware versions offered for the paid products.

Note #2 - unloading and/or uninstalling WB4 before installing WB5 may be required.

Also, in SDC, look at the bottom of the window, just above the Status Bar & be sure that there is a check-mark in the box beside Show pre-release versions

Thanks guys.  When I tried it a second time it worked.  Must have just been a one off glitch.
