Hi all nice to meet you...just got my collectors edition through the post, sadly excited, entered my collectors edition number and downloaded the special content and desktop...All very well and good..unfortunatley the collectors edition serial num, the only one in the box wont allow me to use stardock or download patches in anyway 
...it cant be me entering the number incorrectly since its alreadyallowed me to download the ce content..any ideas...help!!!
