build time display inconsistent

quite often build times of either buildings or ships listed in either planet view or colony list view will be different..

also there seems to be a zero turn bug... i.e. it shows that item is zero turn to complete yet it wont complete in the next turn, and sometimes stays like that for a few turns..

Incorrect/inconsidtent completion time in the planets sidebar is a known issue, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I have noticed if I have "Basic Factories" completing the same turn that I complete research on "Xeno Industrial Theory", I get completed "Factories" but no change in my hammers!
