Disabling font size resetting

It is rare when I find a good skin that doesn't override my font settings.
WB5's "User Overrides" has no option to Disable font resizing. The most there is under "Font Overrides" is for making ALL fonts BIGGER, but not to leave your font settings alone. What if you want ceratain fonts SMALLER... like on your icons? And some windows objects are indirectly set by their font size... like the "Active Title Bar"... which I make bigger in order to increase the size of my Taskbar in Windows.
WB5 needs an override to leave font sizes alone! It is EXTREMELY frustrating to find a nice skin that you want to use, only you can't because it insists on resizing your icon fonts and Title Bars.
