How to see proper Toolbar?

I've set WB5 to force use of my toolbar of choice (Vista style), but am not seeing it still?  It is not the one that goes with the skin (Aero Glass) that I've chosen.  What am I doing wrong?


Also, how do I control the font and size used for basic appearance items if they're locked down by the skin?


And, are there known compatibility issues with AveDesk?
