Permanent War - how ?

In one of Brad's recent gameplay examples, he plays on a Total War map against the Drengin and they are at "Permanent War".

I didn't see the "Permanent War" option in the game setup. Is there a way to setup a game with say, a small map against 1 AI and be at "Permanent War". I'm thinking this would solve the problem of the AIs trading all their techs to each other at the Intelligent level.

Or maybe if you just pick one AI as an opponent, it automatically defaults to "Permanent War"?

I think he was talking about the 'Drengin Human Wars' scenario -- you can play that on any map you want, but you can only play the Terrans.

When you set up your game and you are picking your opponents you can set your relationship when you click their portrait. The scale goes from team to war. The other option is that it is a condition of the map.

Cool, thanks. Now we just need the Random AI opponent thrown in and we can have random 1 on 1 non-diplomacy, straight wargame, gorefests if we want
