I get an error message that says can't find sdmcp.exe or wrong version. So it disables use of systray in DesktopX.

Do you have it enabled in SDC? tools, settings, general, "Enable MCP Notification Area Support"?

Yes. It shows up with no icons in it. The taskber works tho. I got sdmcp.exe from wifes pc. Taskbar works, systray don't.
