BUG - Quantum Entanglement?

As anyone who knows anything about Quantum Mechanics, quantum entities once together can have an influence on one another over a great distance. The same seems to be true of ships in this marvellous game. I have noticed this behaviour:
Ships are part of a fleet (or sometimes just stacked together)
Separate one of the ships to go somewhere
Separate the others to go somewhere else
Click on the first one and with the rest of his movement points click on the map to make the autopilot come on
The second group now also starts moving to this new point as well
Anyone else experience this?
