Title says it all really. The game has been running fairly smoothly (Occasional crashes to desktop) but today I noticed that the game crashed whenever I attempted to invade a planet. I have not had this error before: Indeed, earlier in the same game I had wiped out an enemy civ by invasion.
I have tried saving and reloading, both using quicksave and by saving to a different file. I have rebooted my PC.
Is this bug known to the devs, and has anyone else on these boards experienced anything similar?
