Is this a bug-->the animation of Yor in the diplomacy screen not run smoothly??

I am really not sure if this is a bug or not, because it only happens with the Yor. When you go to the diplomacy to talk to any alien civilization, you would usually see them moving their heads around and such. But with the Yor, it would move its head a bit, stops, then moves again, stops, and moves again, and so on. Is this a bug? Or does the Yor do that because it is not organic? Thanks!

Well, I haven't noticed this with the Yor. When I'm in dialog with them there are periodic flashes that could likely cause seizures. It seems a bit....odd.

I also get the Yor flashes when in the dip screen.

I would guess that this is merely a reflection of the Yor's character.

Hold on a moment....so are you guys saying that it's meant to be that way, like it's part of the game or something?!

Brad, can you please confirm whether this is simply Yor's character or some kind of bug. Thanks.
