Out of Luck for Collector's Edition

Ordered from J&R but now told item is "backordered" with no expected delivery date -- bummer . Would do direct download from Stardock, but I'm concerned that now I won't get access to the Collector's Edition content, as the download would not be a pre-order. Any thoughts welcome!

I feel your pain. I have ordered from Amazon.co.uk for the Paradox Collectors edition. It was due for dispatch today but alas I got an email telling me there was a delay. With postage time I might not get the game until the end of next week at the earliest.

From what I read its going to be worth the wait. I just wish I didn't have to wait another week though.

why in the world would you order from j&r, they take forever to get things in and they're usually sold out the second they get big ticket items. i would bet you won't see a copy from them for another week, ya missed your chance to predownload!
