How to confirm if I have collectors edition stuff

So, I ordered the cd from stardock (from this GalCiv II website), then used the email I got to download electronically. Installed everything just fine. Now I see some posts here that I need to update it for the collectors edition stuff (new jewlery etc) so I go to that web page (after not finding anything in the stardock central) and download and EXE that says it installs a lot of stuff. Run that, it says successful. I go into my last saved game, go to shipyard and dont see any new widgets.

So, what can i look for to confirm or deny that I actually have the new gizmos installed?

The way I was able to tell there were new bits, was when I scrolled slowly through the bling bits. (Jewelry). And the collectors edition ones specifically state they are collectors edition bits.

Well, If you go to the downloads section, Click on collectors edition content and if there are 3 downloads on offer then you have them.

If you dont, Check your email adress that you have your stardock account registered on, I recently got an email giving me the upgrade details...

P.S The Galciv II theme for XP is cool.

Ah, I have now got them. I now see the new structures, they are called Special Structure instead of just structure and their description says collectors edition.

I had downloaded the 1st of the 3 enabling things, but that didnt work. So i downloaded the other 2, ran them as well, and now I have it all.

Thanks all.

Where can one get the Galciv II theme for Win XP? Is it bundled with the collector's edition?

Go to the downloads section on this site. Then Click on the Collectors Edition Download. There you will find 3 Downloads. The Bonus Pack, the activation File and the Theme for Win xp.

Hmm...does anybody else get the 416 error while trying to download the bonus pack and the desktop theme?

EDIT. Working fine now.
