Request: Confirmation windows on load and obsolete

I'm not sure if this should go in Ideas or Bug Reports, so sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Would it be possible to add confimation windows to the Obsolete and Load operations? More than a couple times I've obsoleted a design when I wanted to upgrade because the buttons are right next to each other. I've also made the mistake of loading instead of saving, which would have cost me an hour of play if it weren't for autosaving.
