[BUG] Earth loses it's Starport!

Now when I try and build something on another (empty) Earth tile, the game swaps whatever another planet was building for my one-and-only starport, leaving Earth incapable of building ships.

Luckily, I have the save file from just before this starts happening. Is there somewhere I can send/post such a file?
