BUG! Erroneous Cheat Detected

Ok, I just played a game, WITHOUT cheats. I turned off all victory conditions to ensure a military victory (like in Galciv 1). Towards the end, when I had completely dominated the game, I just clicked Turn over and over again until all the planets flipped to me. I had over 210000 cash near the end. I submit, and it zeroes my score.

I try it again, and use a transport to take over the last planet. Same thing.

I'd like my non-cheated game be counted as such.

Poop happens, Especially with autonomous systems to detect cheating..

I would suggest uploading your savegame and linking it to a forum post, That way stardock can examine the save file and build on their anticheating system from there.

I have a feeling it's the having too much money that caused the flag.

If it is, the limit is way too little.

I had maxed economics, federalist party, a full economics resource starbase, and I had tax at 69% most of the game. I was getting 3000bc/turn (AFTER expenses!), and I was selling techs to the AI for even more money too!

Dracil - Are you talking about posting to the metaverse?

Yes, this is a metaverse game. It's the only game I have submitted.

Dracil, it has nothing to do with money. I checked the code and there are no places that check money for the cheat flag. I'm going to need to see your sae game. Send it to carielf@stardock.com
