windows blinds requires restart

Windowsblinds requires restarts

Hi, I'm using windowsblinds 5 and I can't even get it to start. It keeps saying Windowsblinds requires restarts even after I restart it. I saw other posts regarding this and people seem to get this from cracked windows activation. My copy is legit and I'm still getting this error. It is a corporate version which doesn't even require activation so there would be no reason to have any kind of crack on it. Can someone help me out? Is there any way to get this to work? John

What is a "corporate version" of WB?

I had the same problem. found an older ver. 4.6 and it runs just fine. I don't care what they say. 5.0 will not fun on my system , but 4.6 runs great. Was going to buy 5.0 until I read alot of people are having the same problems and it seems like they don't care.

I care.

But without the responses to Daiwa's questions . . it's hard to help.

Caring less as time goes on though . . . .

sounds like you have one of 2 problems either you cant activate it BECAUSE IT IS A CORPARATE COPY [just like corp. copys of XP you can only validate and update them through the corp. computers that the lisense was sold too]but i have never heard of a corparate copy of WB so it sounds more like your anti-virus programs are not letting all WB files install there have been several theads about iti just cant remember the AV systems that dont play well with WB hope that helps
