Problem registering

Might just be me but for some reason I keep getting a "error registering product" message when I try to register the game.. using same reg key and email address so I dunno what could be causing this... On that note thanks for releasing the product early afternoon Stardock I don't usually buy games but I loved GC1 and you guys deserve every cent.. rock on!

Where are you registering at? Are you using Stardock Central?  Are you using the Registration page on the website (https://www.galciv2.com/registration.aspx) ?

And what is the full error  you are receiving? 

Note: Also, make sure you are using the Serial Number and not the Order Number.  Also you need to use the same email address in which you used to purchase the game.
