Stardock Central/Preload Problem

I preordered GCII yesterday (I know, should have done it sooner!) and successfully preloaded the game. Last night my computer decided to malfunction and I had to do a complete Windows reinstall. Today when I loaded Stardock Central (at approx. 11:30 am CST) there was no link available to install/preload GCII. Is it because the servers are making a transition between preload and regular purchase, or is there a problem with my SDC?

If you reinstalled WIndows, I would guess you might need to re-enter the Serial Number for your game?

FWIW, GalCiv 2 still shows up under Purchased Software in SDC for me (just refreshed the view now to double check).

I did reenter the serial number for GalCiv II by going to Tools-> Register Product in SDC. I also reinstalled SDC and it still doesn't show up. Just to clarify, I don't even have the game preloaded at this point even though I did yesterday.

you need to keep reinstalling stardock. remove it first then install it ...i got it after 3 attempts.
