Installation Question

Can we install on 2 machines?

I have a laptop with I use when travelling and a home PC I use when at home, this game would be great while travelling. Which brings me to my question. Using a single license can we install on 2 machines, one being a home PC (main computer) and the other being my Laptop(for travel)?

I know certain software packages like Office allow this was curious on Stardocks stance or even if it is possible using Stardock Central? I do not want to try it till one of you can get back to me. If it is not allowed or shunned apoun, guess I am buying two copies.

Thanks

Yes!  You can have it on two PCs as long as they are used by you and only one is being used at a time.  It would just be cruel not to let you take it on business trips....

It is allowed (that's one reason why Stardock rules).

Had GalCivI installed on several computers (my machine at home, my laptop and my computer at the office *cough*), all using StardockCentral, worked flawlessly. Same for GalCiv2 - allready had the beta on two different machines.

Wow that is great news, although I would have bought two.

I think I might still and give it away as a gift.

Also I must commend you for answearing so quickly. Thanks!

More companies should follow Stardock's lead and implement a similar system (I guess Valve does, in a way.) I'm on a business trip right now and have been thoroughly impressed with how well Stardock Central worked, even behind a firewall (I assume it's just straight HTTP traffic.) Now I'm just waiting for the game to be unlocked...
