ObjectBar Font problem

Hi guys im editing the objectbar themes in skinstudio, and im changing the font color of my choice, and saving and its not chanign the font color can someone help me

So no one can help me on this, so i have to drive from dearborn to canton or plymoth where ever u guys are located here in mich, to ask a seceratary for help.
