Midnight EST Release

In the game release history I saw: "And probably not until noon or so EST then either (subject to change, we may do midnight,
we'll see). " referring to the release. This made me think FOR SURE that it would be out at midnight!! Thats like parents saying "We might get you that bike you wanted for your birthday." Then being like, "well, we said MIGHT, so you shouldn't be dissapointed that you didn't get it." I am going to cry myself to sleep (again)

Amazingly, their reasons for not doing at midnight make a lot of sense, despite the agony it might cause people. If something goes horribly awry, at least they'll be awake and around to fix it, as opposed to asleep and not around when the apocalypse comes.

Maybe they're all hung over from the release party they're having now...

Really sucks for me, as when I get it, I'll have to go to work in 2-3 hours...

Yep, that midday EST thing is pretty harsh for me too. My time zone is GMT+7..... I will be fast asleep by the time they put up the last few files. I wont be able to play until Wednesday afternoon! Well, I booked the time off with my GF so she wont hang, draw and quarter me anyway!!

Some of us won't be able to play the game for 2 weeks yet due to travel... so a day or two delay because you are in a different time zone shouldn't be so bad
