What is the US list price?

What is the US list price? Is it $39.95 or $44.95. I am thinking of ordering it from
Amazon with free shipping. But sometimes the Amazon price goes up after the
game is released.

I see some posts that say that if they order the boxed set from Stardock that they
are paying $44.95 plus shipping.

The MSRP is $44.95.  As with all other products, retailers may charge a little less based on their own costs, etc.

EBgames has it for $40 + tax and shipping. Came out to $50 and some cents with 2-day air shipping. I upgraded the order to overnight air yesterday for an additional $3, cuz my patience is wearing thin.
