Selecting running applications

Ok, now I want to create a dock to show all of the running IE windows, however I have been trying and can't figure out how to tell OD to only look at certain windows. Either you have all running applications in your dock or you don't, otherwise your only option is to delete the ones you don't want one by one.

I've got stuff open, WMP, my computer, tv tuner program etc. but I what I want on my dock are ALL running IE windows, and only IE windows. Is there any way to tell OD only to check out certain apps? This seems pretty damn silly, otherwise you can only use the dock as a place to launch applications, or a taskbar replacement, not to organize certain applications.
