START UP??

WHY IS THIS?

I don't always want Window Blinds to start up with my computer. How can I set it to start up when I want to?? Also, if I change any graphic setting with XP, when I hit apply Window Blinds starts up again-how can I stop that from happening??? Annoying!

in WB configure, use a XP default skin...setting to a default skin turn off WB and it won't run at startup (well, it want's to but then it has to use the default so it can't)
