Does the subscription let me save the install executables seperatly so that like if two years go by and my years worth of OD is done, I can still install the last version of WB that I had?

Any program archived via Stardock Central, can be restored via Stardock Central........ so the answer is yes.

I'm a developer though and I clean rebuild my machine about once every 6-months. So I need a way of archiving the programs. How would I go about doing that if I have to reinstall Stardock Central?

The archives created by SDC, are zip files. Burn them to CD or store them on a backup drive.
