Won't let me drag files

The problem I am dealing with is will not allow me to drag from one window into another. I can drag files into a folder on the desktop, or into another dir. in the left pane of Explorer. If I uninstall Sprin Folders, and try to open a file, it will take up to 3 minutes for the file to open. If I reinstall Spring Folders, the files will open right away. This sucks. This is a program that is not a pre-release, but I need to know if others are having this problem, and if they were able to fix it.
