Object Dock (Freeware) and Powerdvd problems

Ever since installing Stardock software (WindowBlindsand other objectdesktop software I paid for, ObjectDock-freeware, etc) I have had a couple of programs act screwy or not work at all, including Corel Draw Suite and Powerdvd Deluxe 5.  I initially thought it was WindowBlinds but after a little trial and error it turns out the problem is Object Dock.

Has anyone else experienced problems with any media player (i.e. powerdvd) and objectdock?  How did you fix the problem?

I don't know if you are posting via forums.stardock.com or wincustomize.com but what you describe is very common. I has to do with overlays and alpha-blending I think.

What no forum search function?

Anyways I was going nuts trying to figure out why my Powerdvd playback window was "blacked out" till I turned of objectdock and then the playback window was fine again. Is there any way to fix this bug? I have googled my brains out to no avail. THANKS!!

I am posting via forums.stardock.com and have not seen any fixes for this problem.  From what I have been reading it does seem to be a common problem with no fix that I can identify.  How does a person fix this problem?
