Order of Columns is Messed Up - Can't Correct It

Whenever I open a Save or Open dialog now, the left-hand column just says "File Folder" or "File". Confused at first, but I finally realized that the FileName has somehow been moved to the extreme right. I can drag it back, little by little, but the next time I open a dialog again, FileNames are back on the right.

Anyone else seeing this? Anyone know how I can correct it?

Is this for a specific application or is it happening with all programs you try and use EnhDialog with?
