Not working

Ok, iv been haveing alot of probs wiht WB5, i loved 4. Well i booted up my comp one morning and i noticed that my skin was messed up, it looked like the windows classic bar, now i can switch it to XP, but if i try switching it to another skin, it goes to classic windows. Can someone please help me out.
