Which UK online shop is selling the pre-order collecters edition version i.e. the one with the printed tech tree etc?

And, also. If you preordered online, and enjoyed the beta, can you still get the bonus pack? (I know you probably wont be able to get the TTMap, but, I know most of it off the top of my head now anyway!
