am i being spammed by stardock?

i dont really mind getting news from stardock, but i think it gets out of hand when i receive about 3 emails a day, the subjects are usually: Re:money, Re:text or the infamous; (none), i know i aint VIP so i couldnt be receiving that many emails from stardock...my question is..is it uhmm spam?

No, it's someone who has a virus. The virus is then spoofing the sent from address to make it look as thought it came from Stardock.

If you have opened any of this mail you should check your own system for viruses just in case one got through
