Windowblinds color setting affecting OD/other trans programs

When I have Windowblinds recolored in the Colours section, I notice the color is actually being applied to other applications as well. Example, when using a mostly trans background in OD (Svelte tab 12) and enable the blurring, it gets tinted from whatever color I'm using in WB. I've also noticed this behavior with Trillian Astra 5.

In order to cancel out the tinting, I have to undo the color in WB, apply, unload OD, reload OD, reapply custom color in WB. Tedious.
