Oh yes, it works. Random works and it works great (how did they mess that one up?), it now randomly selects a DG and lets you launch the game, woot.

I dont know about anyone else trying this out, but I usualy play a set of four DGs, who are my favourite. Random got me using the Rook, which I haven't played in ages. What a blast it is to play when you understand the game a bit better.

So, a big yay for the random feature. Now GPG, please move along swiftly with the TB firemode issue (selfish request, I know).

Uhh, this may answer a question I have - How do I select a random character?  When I go to the demigod selection (single player) I can't see anywhere to have one picked randomly.

I don't know if there is a random for single player but if there is there should be a scroll bar on the side when your selecting you demigod if you scroll it down there are the random choices.

I was VS a team of 3 randomers, all got UB. Pretty much game over right there.

I love random and i don't even think it's that hard to fight three Regs or three UBs...

(ok for 3 spit-ubs you might at least need one sedna or queen randomed on your team plus S.o.Purity)
