separators for right monitor appear on left monitor

if i put a dock on the right monitor(secondary) the separators appear in the same location on the left monitor(Primary). why is this happening, and how to fix?

I get this too, except sometimes the separaters appear in completely the wrong location! The only fix I have found is to quit Objectdock and start it up again. I put a link to Objectdock to facilitate this.

that doesn't fix it for me, if i restart it, they are still on the wrong monitor, the separators that is.
