You're blocking 3rd party cookies somewhere or it could just be you need to give www.Wincustomize.com/ Stardock.com full permission in your firewall. This is all the addy consist of: https://www.wincustomize.com/MyAccount.aspx?p=4

Used IE6, pop up blocker off, no toolbars at all installed, cookies set to accept all, disabled firewall still no info. When on account info page and log out tells me must be logged in to see info.

Use the WC Browser and see what it does........

Does not show any info on WC browser either. Thanks for trying to help yrag.
No info using SDC either.

What firewall, spyware and AV proggies are you using?
Firewall and AV McAfee, spyware running real time MS Antispyware and Pest Patrol.
Try the WC site each time you change something......shut down Pest Patrol 1st. Next MS spyware. Last, short of shutting down AV, disable the script protection. Failing that, disable the AV program. Do not disable the firewall for any reason. If, however, any mobile code is disabled within the firewall, then enable them. You're looking for any settings blocking javascript, vbscript, activeX or mimi-type objects.

Had spyware and AV disabled still the same.

No settings blocking any of these. With both FF and IE6 no problems any sites, no problems at WC other than account info, could it be something on WC end of things.
yrag again Thanks for taking the time to try to help. As said above I am thinking WC problem as is only thing not working anywhere on the net for me.

OK.....one last thing. Maybe we're making this too hard. What version of SDC do you have installed?

SDC 2.07a[b].110,build 86.
Was updated only a day or two ago.
In SDC settings, change from 'Check for SDC beta' to 'SDC released version'. Re-start SDC and it should upgrade to 2.07.333 build 86. Re-boot. Now try it.

Version now have, no change. When go to account info page this is address "cavan1.wincustomize.com/myaccount.aspx?p=4&SID=6311&UID=1364825"
it knows who I am by UID, so I wonder why no info. For my account selections all that changes in address is p=4, are p=2, p=3 and p=5, the rest of address is the same, other selections work fine. Has to be on WC end of things.
Maybe T-Man will stumble across thread and have an answer.
Thanks again yrag.

Only one problem......that addy is wrong. (review #5). In the firewall allow access to sdcentral.stardock.com (IP- 66.54.81.50)
Added IP to firewall trusted sites list, rebooted, still the same.

ya know, speaking of reviewing things...I just noticed that you're trying to access your account through your personal page (thus the addy). What happens if you access it using the 'My Account' tab at the top of any other WC window? There was a problem not long ago about personal sites and access...just can't remember what it was...
I am using My account tab, when on WC, when click goes to my account page and my site.

For what it's worth, it has to be something on your end or there would have been a million people chiming in that they had the same problem. In case you haven't noticed, it's just you and me....and I don't have the problem.

I hesitate to recommend any other changes in your system for fear of creating more problems then we solve. Considering I haven't solved any, that's not setting the bar very high. Let's let it ride and see if Pat catches this at some point. Ironically, since they're in the middle of moving, the prospect of that happening is no better then us stumbling onto the answer on our own.

You really didn't want to change anything anyway...did ya?

...I need a V8.......
After making all those changes, did you clear your temporary internet files before going back to your account page? Just a thought, sorry if you've already done that.

For what it's worth, I couldn't see  your information before and now I an.

P.S.  I know that's probably not logical.  But I did look earlier and got some kind of nonsensical page... something about no information.
