New Year's Resolutions

Well with the year 2004 almost over and 2005 quickly approaching I started this thread to see what your New Year resolutions would be. So I'll start with mine....Now that I'm retired after 30 years of driving a truck, my New Year's resolution is definetly to spend a lot of quality time with my family, something I couldnt always do since I was on the road a good part of the time. Hope this thread is of interest..come on guys lets see what your resolutions are.

I'm with night train I'm going to try and quit. I told my husband the ash trays are going, and he'll have to smoke outside .

Night Train good luck wit the smocking. Extremely hard thing to stop, but if you can do it while you're young.. cause after you smoked most of your life...forget it. But if you have the will you will succeed.

Lantek: The one that i see is most important is spending time with your family. I wasnt able to because I was a truck driver and believe me, you dont see time pass. The rest comes..family is always main priority. Good luck with your resulutions.

There's an echo in here...

My New Year resolution is to be like the proverbial pebble in the river and let the waters just flow past.

Site administration is often a headache, dealing with the vagaries and idiosyncrasies of the odd-ball and strange.

Better to just "dust off and nuke them from space.....only way to be sure"...

Try not to get sick during winter time & spend time with my family.

I don't make resolutions, cuz I always break them.

Mrs. Chickie: Well I hope you do manage to get thru the winter without getting sick, although that is usually difficult. But on the other hand if you do get sick you always have your husband there to spoil you and look after you lol..Well if you dont make any resolutions its true you cant break them, therefore you dont get disappointed lol.
