Problem

I can't upload skins now

Every time I upload a skin, pages can't be displayed.

So I couldn't upload or update skins, why?

I don't know exactly what your problem is, but perhaps it will help to remember that the site is still very much in transition from the old format to the new. Bugs are still being found and fixed.... whatever problems are happening now are not permanent.
