Installing themes and Windowblinds

When I download a theme or a window blind it no longer automatically installs as it use to. In fact I have not found a way to install a new theme.

Any help would be appreciated

Do the original skins still work?

Yes

I can install the skin. I have to use install from disk. I then browse to where the Zipped file is stored in the Windowows Temp folder which is where the folder is sored when I try to open it via the internnet. The earlier versions 4.3 and earlier always used to open and install the skin or theme if you used open instead of save to disk
