Please help me with WebBlinds!!!!

Is anyone having problems with WebBlinds or is it just me!!
I have reinstalled WebBlinds and I am having a great deal of problems getting it to work properly. The first install worked well for about a month back in January, then started having problems with it.(At that time I installed the update for new DesktopX)I don't know if it is because of this but I decided to un-install then.
Today,I used the classic style for installation,then opened IE and clicked on the WebBlinds setting.I chose the skin I wanted,pressed apply.My Computer crashes or it freezes.(I have tried several times to load it)You can only go on the Internet through MSN,Stardock Central, no other way.Please help me!!

Hi Gadget Girl...

I don't have webblinds, but I installed Lite Step yesterday and it totally screwed up my computer...

I had a really hard time deleting it from my computer.

Is it only me that is having problems with WebBlinds. The first installation worked fine. Maybe it is the way I am installing it. I am asking for help from all the great minds in this community to help me solve my dilemma!

Hrm - unfortunately, I don't use webblinds. The latest pre-WB4 alpha and betas have been doing a fine job of skinning MSIE 6, so I sort of stopped using it - even before, I never really used it (I like to load as few things as possible,) so I can't really offer much elp, sorry. ^.^

I am starting to think it is because of all the beta and alpha programs that I have been updating lately. It worked find before all the updates!
I guess *WINDOWS ME* can only take so playing around before there is problems!!!!

I guess I am doomed never to use webblinds again.

Just loved the no pop-ups!

Windows ME can only take the simple process of -booting- so many times before there are problems!!

If you're only using WebBlinds to stop popups, rather than to change the toolbar or throbber, there are lots of popup stoppers out there.

I really like Panicware's myself.
