Could someone please help me with a Win2K SP3 technical problem?

If someone could take a stab at this I would really, really appreciate it.
I installed the Catalyst 2.4 drivers. Didn't like them, so uninstalled and reinstalled the 2.3 drivers. The 2.4 set left some stuff behind (ATI Smart service, which I have disabled.) Since then, I've been getting the following errors. I have tried everything I know to fix them, but I'm not an expert at this by any means. I have no idea what the "True Vector Engine" is, but it sounds video related.
After my initial boot-up, my computer seems to finish loading everything (all icons are in the systray, all programs load up ok) and then it re-boots. I found the following information. I don't know how to open the dump file to look at it and I probably wouldn't know what it means anyway
