[Suggestion] Show build area for outposts when pioneers are highlighted

I support this as well. Also please make pioneers show tile yields when you roll over the settle button, even if a city cannot be built right where it is currently standing. Right now I find it very hard to scout for new city locations, especially on desert maps.

It would be better to have a button showing all settlement spots already explored with the material and food value, even when you don't have a pioneer selected (so that you know wether it is worth building one now).
