List of bugs/unexplained things I have encountered thus far:
Champion Traits:
Evoker and Evoker II both seem to offer the same bonus (50% more damage with spells). No benefit shown (tooltip wise) from upgrading to Evoker II.
Affinity ability properly reduces spell costs in the tooltip during battle, but it does not seem to work that way in reality. For instance, I can not cast spells costing 15 mana according to the tooltip even though I have 19 mana available (drain life, spell leech, fireball, summon ice elemental, etc). I also can't cost spells costing 7 mana even though I have 10 mana available (Flame Dart). Fireball shows a 30 mana cost outside of combat and 15 within combat, but is still uncastable with less than 30 mana available.
Spells:
Corruption spell cast on an existing shard shrine (air for instance) causes the tile to change to a blank graphic on turn 1 (immediate). Next turn, a Death Shrine appears but you can NOT press the build button to begin construction of a new shrine. You do not gain a Death Shard either.
Suggestions:
Allow mouseover of magical abilities currently cast on units in combat. Sometimes my units would have a status effect applied that would display in their status list, but I could not find a way to actually view what this status meant within combat. Viewing the unit detail page did not display these temporary status effects either. Please allow a mouseover tooltip or place further information in the unit's detail screen during combat.
Otherwise, game is much better than WoM. Really enjoying the Elemental world for the first time. Kudos!
