[Suggestion] Confirmation Dialog for declaring War in diplo screen

A confirmation box should be added in the diplomacy screen asking "Are you sure you want to declare war on X" instead of declaring war with one click in order to avoid declaring war by mistake. At the moment if you click "I declare war!" one time you enter war immediately and considering this is so close to trade I can see this happening a lot.

No really, I didn't mean to declare war I just wanted to trade!

Yes, like in Civ (IV anyway).  However, unlike Civ, make the confirmation like an Advisor confirming that you want to declare war against <Faction>.

(I mean, saying "Your head would look good on the end of a pole" like in Civ 4 would be hard to come back from, even if you just said it to someone once.  It is a bit weird the way it is handled in Civ 4 because it sounds as if the leader you're saying it to asks you to confirm. ;-))
