3v3, great! Except when its: 2 AI and 1 human VS. 3 humans.

2v2, I'll take it! Except when its: 1 AI 1 human VS. 2 humans.

I've had a 2 VS. 2 with 2 AI's (from the start) VS. 2 humans.

It seems the human paired with an AI or 2 is almost assured a loss while the human team a hollow win. These game situations happen more than not.

I've won with AI before even a 3v3.

Back before the concede option you pretty much had no choice.

Get XP upgrade, Currency upgrade and Death upgrade. Go out and FARM the enemy Demigods, try and keep your AI alive when you can.

SD - it's been a long time since I've read any clarification on this - what would happen if EXACTLY 3 forces of light were waiting and 1 forces of darkness were waiting?  Would 2 AI be added to forces of darkness? 

That asked, I'm under the impression that mismatches like this occur when a people quit pantheon while its loading.  This often occurs when 2-3 players are trying to join pantheon at the same time to gain an advantage.  They can view the connection box, see if their team is in there, and the quit if not.  Once they disconnect (click quit), ai are substituted and mismatches occur.

you can watch the queue in the server stats website, and it is obvious that games of 3v3, 3 human vs 1 human + 2 AI games are being started when the queue is uneven and the "3" have been waiting for a long time.

it has nothing to do with people leaving.

sometimes people do leave when the connections are loading, and you can see them be replaced by AI.

a large majority of the time however, you can see AI being placed into matches from the start, due to a lack of players queuing.
