Getting on the Entrenchment beta seems to have locked me out of Impulse!

I have a support request logged but I guess with the new beta and the Xmas season they're too busy to help. I'm getting the following error:

"Context:    Impulse: WebService: ValidateAccount
Message:    (Result: 6 - Invalid Stardock.net account.
A Stardock.net account does not exist for "[my email address]". You must register the account first.)
Build #:    947"

I believe I have several email addresses registered at different times to Stardock and Impulse. Should I attempt to register again? If so how? Or do I need to wait for someone at Ironclad to sort out my registration. If this keeps up I will miss being able to play Entrenchment over Xmas!

When did you send a support ticket? They don't work weekends, but if it's been over 48 hours over weekdays toss a PM to Seabass with a link to this thread and your ticket #. It sounds like you'll need to merge your emails under one account, and support can do that.
