MyColor - Folders Icons Still Remain...

I recently installed the MyColors demo and I didn't like it and decided to uninstall it. Before I did though, I switched back to the Windows Aero theme. Now, the folder icons still show. Does anyone have any ideas how to get them back to Windows' icons?

I also found the folder with all the system icons that MyColor put on and deleted those too, but I'm still seeing the folders...

Hi,

In order to get back to your original icons you will need to reload MyColors (or install IconPackager) and reset your desktop to Aero.  Then uninstall MyColors.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  We are researching why for some customers the live folder icons do not revert as designed.

Why did you not like MyColors and uninstall it?  We would like to hear about your experience.

Thanks, that did work.

I liked MyColors and I love the idea, I just didn't like the particular theme. The transitions and effects looked great. It also kind of slowed down my system (I have a laptop). But other than that I love your products, I'm currently using object desktop. It's great, because it works very well and it's free.

I have the same problem too, but mine didn't get solved by Zargon's suggestion.

My problem remains, but mine is about a little different, not much. When I turn back to Windows Aero theme, the folders that has files in it, is green (theme folder)

 

Here's a pic uploaded from my website to show you what folder that remains. It's not just in the pictures folder, but also on the desktop if I have a folder there with files in. Other icons are fine.
