Losing Links when I restart computer

I have Objectbar v 2.1 build 756 and Vista.

I am losing links I set up inside a Popup Menu everytime I restart my computer. Does anyone have a suggestion or have experienced the same problem?

Do you run a cleaner (such as CCleaner or other) prior to shutting down?

I am not aware of any cleaners. There are some Popup Menus on the bar that do not lose their links. Baffling.
