How Put "Start" menu in OB 1.65?

I cannot put this

how put Start Menu in OB 1.65, I like this menu from Deviantart, but I like "windows" start menu,not menu MAC OSX mode.

I'm not sure exactly what you want to do but you can start by looking at a tutorial I wrote.
Take a look at that and see if it helps.  If you still have questions, please ask again and we'll try to figure it out.

I loaded up the dock in question and got VERY confused looking at the editor.  I'm guessing this one is ALL ini files.
