Missing Button/Sliders

Well my buttons and sliders from the choice screen (Evil, Neutral, Good) i don't see buttons for same for planet control and minimap controls heres a picture of the econmic slider

You seem to have chosen "black" as UI-Color.

Atl least my UI looks like that if i chose black...

Try starting a new game and chose another color for UI from the Appearance-Tab
