Beta 4 Bug in Diplomacy - Offer Tech Trade for Free?

This may be a known in theis build but when the new AI diplomacy screens make you a tech for tech offer the actual trade listed is simply their tech in exchange for nothing from you at all. Don't get me wrong I love the free techs but still...

If the AI thinks that you are more powerful than they are they will give you gifts to gain your favor. It shows up as a tech trade where they offer you a tech, or money, for nothing.

No, while that does happen, he is right... In the dialogue box the other race describes an offer of one tech for another, not a gift, and yet, there is only the offer of a free tech there. I've seen both, so without reading the dialogue I can see why someone would confuse it all for just gifts.
